Semester 1 – Lodging FeeAll residents admitted the hall offer will be charged 1st installment of lodging fee starting from the 1st date of residential year  Should be made before Oct 1 for all residents2 weeks notice given in advance Residents have 2 weeks to prepare for moving out
Semester 1 – Boarding Fee
(Meal tickets)
$9,700/year boarding fee will be on pro-rata divided into 2 portions base on the no. of days in that academic year.  1st sem: $5,000   *Boarding Fee may be adjusted year by yearUnder normal circumstances, NO refund of boarding fee is allowed  “High Table Dinner (HTD) fee” and “Kitchen Maintenance Reserve fee” ($300 for each resident) will be in advance deducted before passing meal tickets to students   * Kitchen Maintenance Reserve fee may be adjusted year by year
Semester 2 – Lodging Fee                   Current residents: Should be made before Dec 1   2) New residents joining hall on or after Jan 1: Should be made before Feb 1        2 weeks notice given in advance Residents have 2 week to prepare for moving out

Summer Residence Fee Should be made before May 15 (This deadline will be varied according to application period announced by CEDARS each year)   
Interim StayPeriod: In between summer end and start of residential year  Hall office will send email asking residents (those who are re-admitted in Round 1) if continuous stay or not  Will charge residents at daily rate same as summer stay
